SWORN STATEMENT

1. I declare under oath that the information provided is correct and I authorize AHES, S.A. DE C.V. to confirm its veracity through the means it deems appropriate.

2. I declare under oath that the legal person I represent, partners, members, administrators or legal representatives are not included in the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or in any other list of a similar nature or in any of a national and/or international nature in which the data of the persons who have been initiated judicial proceedings, administrative action or who have been sanctioned and/or sentenced by national and international authorities are published. Directly or indirectly, with illegal activities, such as drug trafficking, terrorism or its financing, money and asset laundering, drug trafficking, kidnapping, extortion and human trafficking, among others.

3. I declare under oath that the income of my client comes from entirely lawful activities, so that said funds are not related in any circumstance to criminal acts or activities related to drug trafficking and crimes related to money and asset laundering, nor with situations against the Law Against Money and Asset Laundering of the Republic of El Salvador.

DE C.V. from any liability arising from erroneous, false or inaccurate information that may have been provided in this document or from the valuation of the same, as well as as well as all other information provided in physical or other forms or media as part of this process.
